For me work is responsibility and commitment. Work is passion. I enjoy doing group work as well as solo acts. Doing work in learning organization is fun. work is done good as long as it is enjoyed no matter what you are doing but yes whatever you are doing should be of interest. I am self motivated for managerial tasks or any task that is given to me, motivation is what that organization need for employees. Time management that I can do with tasks.
