Key Responsibilities:
ü  Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of field workers involved in the SMART Nutrient Survey. Set clear objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve survey goals.
ü  Training and Capacity Building: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for field workers on survey protocols, methodologies, and tools. Continuously monitor their performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement.
ü  Survey Implementation: Oversee and coordinate the entire survey process, including data collection, field logistics, and adherence to survey protocols. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of survey activities within the designated timeline.
ü  Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Regularly review collected data, conduct spot-checks, and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the survey.
ü  Data Management: Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure proper storage, organization, and security of collected survey data. Assist in data entry and cleaning processes, and monitor data quality throughout the survey period.
ü  Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting key findings, challenges faced, and lessons learned during the survey. Ensure timely submission of reports to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.
ü  Coordination and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and partner organizations. Collaborate with other supervisors and project staff to ensure smooth implementation of the survey.
ü  Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data. Uphold the organization's values and principles in all aspects of the survey implementation.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for the overall community mobilization by adopting organizational community mobilization strategy
·         Support in conducting rapid assessment of water and hygiene scenario of targeted communities
·         Responsible for the formation and capacity building of Water User Committees (WUC) in targeted areas  
·         Support in the training of identified WUC members, water filtration plant operators and caretakers on operation and maintenance of clean drinking water facilities.
·         Conduct regular community sessions on hygiene promotion and clean drinking water practices and efficient water use at household level
·         Organize and conduct Clean Drive Campaign in communities
·         Support in the identification and capturing of human-interest stories and case studies to showcase project achievement
·         Support Engineer in Assessment and Development of WASH facilities in two selected schools and one healthcare facilities
·         Establish WASH Clubs in Schools along with ToRs and ensure WASH clubs are functional
·         Organize and conduct Clean Drive Campaign in schools, college and healthcare facilities
·         All the activities should be performed according to the standard procedures of the organization and donor
·         Prepare work plans and implement them to achieve the milestones outlined in the project detailed implementation plan and prepare reports accordingly
·         Provide progress report to line manager along with variance and reasons for variance on weekly basis
·         Assist the Monitoring & Evaluation team in all required data collection.
·         Ensure Project Manager is updated with all the relevant project aspects
·         Keeping close coordination with community, local teachers Male/Female, religious leaders and community leaders.
·         Ensure quality pictures and attendance list of all the participant in the activities/events. Exchange ideas and experiences with management and other team members
·         Maintain a collegial environment at workplace.
·         Conduct Focal Group Discussions (FGDs) in the targeted area to find out the conflicts and resolving them.
·         To seek guidance from Supervisor/ Program Manager in case of any problem in the assigned work.

Supporting the Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (Watsan) Manager in the implementation and supervision of Watsan activities for cleaning and disinfection of wells, including tools and materials employed according toMSFstandards and protocols, in order to improve clean water and health and living conditions of the target population.
Responsibilities:
ü  Supervise and lead a team of Watsan technicians to ensure that all well cleaning and rehabilitation activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
ü  Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with MSF guidelines and standards for water supply, sanitation and hygiene.
ü  Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of the project, identify any issues and take corrective action as required.
ü  Develop and maintain good working relationships with local communities and other stakeholders involved in the project.
ü  Monitor and maintain accurate records of the project activities, including well cleaning and rehabilitation work, water quality testing results and other relevant data.
ü  Chlorination and dewatering of the well.
ü  Check water quality before   after cleaning  e.g. PH, turbidity, color, smell
ü  Awareness sessions about health & hygiene
ü  Installment and functioning the Aqua force filtration plant
ü  Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for the project team and that they are used and maintained properly.
ü  Prepare regular reports on the project progress, including technical reports on the condition of the wells and water quality testing results.
ü  Assist in the preparation of project budgets, procurement plans and other administrative tasks as required.
ü  Participate in coordination meetings with other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
ü  Ensure that all project activities are carried out with the highest standards of safety and security for both the project team and the local communities.
