概要


  • Supervising administrative matters of department including vendor management, motor transport pool, training of staff, inventory, infrastructure and procurement.  

  • Preparing reports for costs and market conditions. Resolve issues with contractors and suppliers.

  • Plan and implement organizational policies for the department with liaison of director.

  • Planning cash flows and stock regarding every outdoor function of department.

  • End to end coordination and supervision in all the outdoor activities of department including Seminars, meetings, awareness campaigns, and anti-corruption walks and workshops in 21 districts of Punjab.

  • Organizing and managing the anti-corruption awareness activities at Alhamra arts council through painting competition, essay writing competition, singing competition, poetry and drama completion and speech competition aiming the eradication of corruption and corrupt practices from the society.

  • Organizing and planning all activities of anti-corruption campaigns, with the interaction of concerned Commissioners, district administration and other educational departments.

  • Complete supervision in establishment of Character Building Societies at district & tehsil level that are maintained by notable persons of the relevant area and headed by commissioners.

  • Coordinating with all offices of department in country on daily basis for the implementation and regulation of orders.

  • Liaison with all government departments on daily basis for arrangement of meetings, requirement of records and resolve of disputes as per department procedures.

  • Sharing monthly report of wing performance in supervision of Director, discussions with DG for better future planning and implementation.
