1. Responsible for the coordination of the documentation process.
2. Plan, develop and design Hospital Administrative policies and procedures in supervision of head Quality Management.
3. Develop and design Departmental policies and procedures in consultation with concern teams/departments.
4. Review policies as hospital wide or departmental as applicable to avoid duplication or contradiction between policies.
5. Track authorization, approval and control of the Hospital wide & Departmental policies, manuals and forms, Healthcare processes flow charts. Identify needs for developing new policies.
6. Interpret and implementation on JCIA PHC & ISO 9001:2015 standards.
7. Lecture Delivering on PHC & ISO 9001:2015 standards.
8. Work as team member in Incident Reporting System and Training. Developing Just Culture.
9. Investigate Patients complaints and non-conformance issues.
10. Conducting Quality and Patient Safety Rounds as assigned by Head.
11. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
12. Collect and compile statistical quality data.
13. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
14. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
15. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
16. Critical evaluation and making corrective action against patient/customer complaints/feedback
17. Supervise the process of OPD clinics & IPD for smooth operations.
18. Root Cause analysis of incidents
19. Lecture Delivering on different Quality improvement & Occupational Health Safety program
20. Provide support and act as resource person to the facilities within the hospital for documentation issues.
21. Report compliance status of the documentation within the facility.
22. Assist in design control and amendment of all documentation in the hospital.
23. Develop, Disseminate & ensure implementation of Medical record audit tool, Nursing Audit Tools Infection control Surveillance audit tools to ensure patient safety & quality in supervision of Head Quality Management.
24. Develop quality guideline/check list for documentation review.
25. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Quality Management
26. Interprets and implements PHC – MSDS and ISO 9001:2015 Standards in hospital to ensure quality care to patients:
27. Coordinate & facilitate other departments to interpret & implement these MSDS standards.
28. Conduct educational & training sessions of Hospital employees for Hospital Safety codes, IPSG’s and ethical behaviors to improve, MSDS indicators to improve healthcare service quality.
29. Consults with administrative and medical staff Managers, department heads, and as appropriate to finalize and advance the project goals
30. Working as a team member on different projects with the collaboration of Information Technology Department for system improvement and paper less environment. Projects includes Advance Booking Day Case, Day Case Procedural System, Physician Ordering System, Out on Pass, Visitor and Attendant Card issue and retrieval system etc
