·         Guide the Accounts Team of 7 Professionals by Working on Succession                    Planning and Developed a Motivated Culture to Deliver the Desired Results

·         Validation of Vouchers (CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV & JV)

·         Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation & Report to Manager Accounts &                      Finance for Over View

·         Prepare Monthly Inter Units and Parties Reconciliation & Make Necessary                  Adjustment in Ledger

·         Prepare Monthly Financial Statements & Report to CFO.

·         Prepared Monthly Funds Flow Statement

·         Monitor The Status of Debtors, Creditors, Advances and Deposits on weekly            Basis

·         Check Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Incentives of Distributors

·         Check Monthly Incentives of Sales Team

·         Precast Cash Position in Banks for Payments

·         Monthly Costing

·         Approved Distributors Sale Order

·         Review All Cheques  and Cash Payment

·         Up Dated All Department Issuance, Consumption and Working Reports On                Daily Basic

.         Audit of Raw & Packing Store (3 Times In a Month
