Job Responsibilities include:
Handle tasks of implementing and integrating technical products and systems according to the defined solution.
Responsible for configuration and installation of physical devices.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Responsible for analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with server systems.
Monitor and oversee the running of applications to identify and resolve problems, if any.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving the issue via email, on call or remotely.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities include:
To troubleshooting and diagnosing call center issues.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem.
Issue escalate to their samba internal dept if there is no issue found in ZRG end.
Responsible for analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with server systems.
Monitor ZRG applications.
Provide technical support via email and on call.
Maintain jovial relationships with Samba management.

Maintain standard filing system for easy and quick document assess and retrieval.
Configuration networking devices i.e. router, switches.
Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed.
Assist in software and hardware upgrades.
Add or update workstations for office staffs.
Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
Supervise and process help desk support requests.
Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems.
Initiate process improvements to better answer user demands.
