Job Responsibilities

 To monitor day to day safety activities / practices on shift basis in compliance with PCL HSE Management Systems.
 To assist HSE Manager implementation of company’s Policies and procedures.
 To assist HSE Manager to ensure compliance of Internal Audits, HSE Surveillance/ Re-certification Audits, Action Plans and maintain their follow ups.
 To assist HSE Manager to comply EMS Monitoring as per National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS).
 To assist HSE Manager for carrying out Safety Awareness Training Sessions which would benefit to promote and adopt HSE Culture across PCL.
 To co-ordinate with HSE Zonal Teams and shop floor personnel to ensure the Compliance with OHSAS, EMS, MOC, PTW and LOTO Systems at shop floor.
 To monitor and inform HSE Zonal Teams regarding non- compliance in wearing appropriate safety gears at shop floor and any HSE non- compliance deviations / Overlooked.
 To co-ordinate with PCL Emergency Response Team (ERT) in carrying out Evacuation Drills.
 To propose Best HSE Practices in-line in solving the problems being faced by Departments enabling them to adopt safe practices.
 To co-ordinate with HSE Zones in carrying out HSE Monthly Walk Around Audits and Meetings.
 To co-ordinate with HSE Zonal Teams and Factory Doctor for Occupational Health Compliance at Shop floor.
 To co-ordinate with HSE Zonal Teams regarding effectiveness of HSE Adverse Event
 Reporting and Root Cause Analysis.
 To assist HSE Manager prepare Documents and Presentations
 To assist HSE Manager prepare SOPs.
 Working for moving towards new ISO 14001:2015 EMS
 To co-ordinate with HSE Manager prepare plan & different documents for implementation of ISO EMS new standard
 To assist with HSE Manager update HSE Manual & Formats as per new ISO EMS standard
 To co-ordinate with Zonal heads update risk register of EMS according to ISO 14001 : 2015
