• Providing recruitment support to Key clients
• Post jobs on ROZEE.PK and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
• Search CVs from ROZEE.PK database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
• Attending customer queries and helping them.
• Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use ROZEE.PK as their primary recruitment platform.
• Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
• Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
• Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
Assist in Recruitment tasks.
Responsible for the full hiring cycle, sourcing, pre-screening, short listing, coordination and scheduling interviews.
Sourcing candidates through various internet jobs boards.
Reactively profile candidates, as per the job requirements.
Facilitate in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments
Conduct follow-ups on selection with relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of the selection process
Processing screened batches by either forwarding to relevant manager(s) for shortlisting or discussing each screened resume with nominated persons
Conduct interviews
Represent company in recruitment events such as job fairs, on campus recruitment sessions, company orientation sessions etc.
Develop relationships with top educational institutes to attract quality resources and participates in conducting on site tests and recruitment activities
