 Reply to supplier queries after obtaining the same from the relevant technical department.
 Preparation of comparative statement to the technical specifications.

 Review Performa invoice (Inco-Term, HS Code, COG, Description, Currency) from the supplier in case of foreign order.

 Preparation and issuance of letter to insurance company for issuing marine cover note along-with necessary information and documents.
