Key Responsibilities: -
• Analysis of CARSAAZ application at Credit Initiation Unit
• In depth analysis of client financial position to ensure loan facility only provide to financially strong customers
• Reviewing Income estimations and calculation of client Income and debt burden as per the requirements of the facility

Senior Internal Auditor (June 2016 – June 2018)
As an AR Specialist I was hired to monitor and, where possible, improve overall health of company’s Rs. 5.5 billion or $55 million worth receivables. My key achievements during this time have been: -
• successfully managing portfolio of over 1100 customers spread over two countries and various segments.
• highlighting stuck payment and sundry accounts which led to company realizing funds over Rs. 500 million or $5
million
• aiding in improving company’s recovery by 34% on a monthly basis
• successful execution of QMobile’s annual convention 2016 i.e. Rs. 1.2 billion or $12 million company-wide discount
• reduce market exposure by more than 40% (Rs. 4 billion or $40 million) by rationalizing credit limits of customers
• design new processes and mechanisms along the trading cycle which enabled QMobile to become billing disputes
free for the first time since inception in 2009
Key responsibilities: -
• oversee planning and execution of balance confirmations
• liaison among various departments and develop controls to resolve customer disputes on real-time basis • being first point of contact for customers in a dead lock scenario
• review and approve allocation of discounts to customers
• assist in timely collection of monies by preparing periodic ageing reports for CEO
• develop and improve customer screening mechanisms prior induction
• ensure credit limits are assigned to financially sound customers
• suggest customized credit control policies for individual customers
• oversee execution of tri party agreements
