-Collaboration with institutes like Institute of Banker’s Pakistan for designing and conducting learning initiatives for the sales staff of the bank.
-Collaborating with Rozee.pk for various projects which include Onboarding Rozee for their ATS System, HRMS, Car-pooling initiatives and Executive search assignments.
-Managing the Internship program designed for PWDs (Person with Disabilities) right from sourcing of interns, onboarding, assignment of projects, mentoring and counselling sessions and stipend processing.
-Leading the organization’s response to various Diversity & Inclusion targets set by our regulator State Bank of Pakistan, this response includes appointment of 300+ woman champions at all touch points, development of e-learning module on D&I for the entire organization, in-person gender sensitization session for Ubank top management.
-Collaborated in development of organization’s first Leadership Competency Framework model.
-Organizing both virtual and in-person townhall sessions of Top management of the bank.
-Succession planning of N-1, N-2 levels in the organization.
-Development organization’s first Reward & Recognition Framework, this included an Instant Recognition Toolkit for all the managers and Peer-to-Peer recognition.

-End of end handling of hiring cases pertaining to back office functions which included Information Technology, Audit, Compliance, HR, Risk Management, Consumer Banking.
-Sourcing of candidates from various platforms such as Rozee.pk and LinkedIn.
-Salary negotiations with the finalized candidates, preparing approval notes for the higher management followed by preparation of appointment letters.
-Setting up online as well as face to face interviews of senior level resources with the higher management.
-Launched Askari Bank Trainee Officers Program 2021, collaborated with Rozee.pk for online assessment of over 17,000 applicants followed by shortlisting, panel interviews and onboarding of the trainees.
-Closed over 500 positions during my stint.
 

-Drafted Monthly flash reports and quarterly HR Metrics reports highlighting the performance HRO, Talent Acquisition, SHSE, Admin department to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
-Conducted and implemented various employee engagement activities, regular Wellness @ work sessions were conducted for the Head Office Staff on topics such Importance of Sleep, Ergonomics.
-Preparing power point presentations and on behalf of the entire department.
-Collaboration with IT Department for process automation and optimization, led the efforts for end-to-end automation of the Final Settlement and Employee exit process.

PTCL Vibe Portal:
Vibe Portal was the company-wide portal facilitating the employees by giving them the single sign on access to all the HR, Admin, and Medical Portals.
PTCL HR Self Service Kiosk:
HR Self Service Kiosk facilitated the employees by giving them the option to take print outs of all key HR centric employment letters on the spot within minutes.
PTCL ESS Application:
PTCL ESS Application provided the employees with this facility of applying for leaves, viewing of leave quota, approval of leaves, viewing of salary statement on the go!

I worked as an Intern in the finance wing of National Highway Authority. In the finance wing i worked in Establisment division which dealt with Salary, loans, Medical Allowances of the employess, GOP division which dealt with the payments pertaining to the projects undergoing under NHA, RMA division, Budgets Division and Revenue Division.Budgets section covered the entire budget formulation process of NHA.

I worked in the Quality Assurance and Testing department of the organization. I was assigned at the task of checking the telenor biz store app developed by this organization for Telenor. I developed the Data Modelling Diagram, Class diagram of the app.
