Responsibilities 

Prepared take-offs for subs and bids, estimating the cost, coordinated 200+ bid documents, realized hundreds of claims, budged, order, and change order for client and subcontractor, negotiated them to realize payment and agreements. 
Organized preconstruction activities, mobilization, coordinated/ supervised physical works on the construction site. 
Bargain to subcontractor, supplier, fabricator, organized order or supplementary order to award the contracts. Liaison with management, consultants and client related to performance, demands, accomplishments, billing and scheduling left overs.
Ensure that project performance contains high levels of quality, efficiency, safety and effectiveness
Ensure that site assets are operated in the most cost effective, responsible and reliable manner.
Coordinate with upper management to ensure a uniform approach to accomplishment of the assigned projects
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
