Telco Analyst
• Executed OPEX and CAPEX purchase requisition process for regional operations until PO issued in close coordination with Finance dept. Ensured streamlined R and R process in coordination with PMCL SCM dept. and vendor.
• Obtained PO invoiced on timely basis to ensure payments to vendors within time, maintained inventory of spares to execute all operations seamlessly. Also handled all warehouse transactions via SCM portal and supported forecast spares ordering.
• Designed strategy for the transportation of heavy items like GENSET, Power enclosures and batteries etc. in between two locations in coordination with SCM dept., also supported the disposal of obsolete items in coordination with SC dept.
Telco Analyst
• Delivered technical support in R and R process in coordination with PMCL SCM dept. and vendor, maintained inventory of spares required to run operations smoothly and handled all warehouse transaction via SCM portal.

• Led O&M of international/national VoIP connectivity, O&M of network KPIs and provide solution for customer complaints to maintain network QoS and O&M of CDR generation in CS, PS NEs and to ensure transferring of CDRs to CDR collectors.
• Managed backups of CS, PS and IP/MPLS NEs, also developed CS, PS and IP/MPLS Weekly Report, Weekly Down DIU Report, Monthly Hardware Change Report and Interconnect TG Report.
• Supported the hardware fault resolution of CS, PS and IP/MPLS NEs, call, and announcement testing. Collaborated with vendor, warehouse, and logistics staff for timely completion of Repair and Return process of faulty hardware.
