I have completed my Eighteen years of Education, and have done Degree “Masters in Business Administration” Specialization in “Insurance and Risk Management” in 2016 with 3.65 CGPA from Hailey College of Banking & Finance University of The Punjab, Lahore and Currently i am Working with Bank Bank Alfalah Limited as a Service Ambassador . now i am finding a best position with an organization where I can utilize the best of my skills and abilities that fit to my education & skills, a place where an encourage and permitted to be an active participant as well vital contribute on development of the company.

Service Ambassador
Efficiently directing and managing branch traffic by ensuring that all customers are served within the defined timelines. This includes complete customer complaint management as per defined guidelines.
Developing new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the banks’ products and/or services by being as a focal point for all customers walking in the branch.
Providing high quality customer service while customer transaction related to Cash, National Prize Bonds, Utility Bills, Fund Transfers, Issuance of PO/DD, Inward/Outward Clearing & Collection, Stop Payments strictly in accordance with the policies and procedures implemented by Bank Alfalah and SBP.
