Handling all matters regarding
Preparation of financial statements and other financial information in accordance with the IFRS and companies Act 2017.
Compiled accruals, provisions, prepayment entries and account reconciliations throughout the period and resolved accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Correspondence with banks, Insurance Companies and other financial institutions.
Preparation and filing of Monthly Sales Tax Return & Monthly WHT Return.
Supervise and manage import regarding custom duties, Insurance, shipments.
Prepare aging report of the Accounts Receivable and share with CEO & Sales team.
Follow up with collection department to ensure no over dues turn into bad debts.
Ensure that all fixed assets are properly tagged & assets on ERP (QuickBooks) and ground reality are exactly same.
Develop & Implement sound internal controls.
Verification of supplier\'s bills & supervise timely and accurate payments.
Dealing with all the expenses of company\'s directors.

Working as an Executive Business Advisory & System Development Department and gained experience of almost 4 years.
1. Filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax & Withholding Tax Returns.
2. Experience of work in different IT environments including stand alone and online computer systems.
3. Reporting directly to the manager on the assignments delegated and finalization of financial statements.
4. Implementation of ERP software for clients accounting systems.
5. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department of different clients.
6. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports according to requirements.
