Supervise & set over all policies to ensure effective operations of HT & LT network of 4 MW plant.  Actively coordination with commercial supply provider (KE) for the uninterrupted electric supply in case of any major breakdown or any fault occur in sub-stations.  Monitored & schedule routine inspection as per check sheet for PMR of different capacities of DGs sets, Cummins 825 Kva ,775 Kva, Puma 500 Kva, Siemens Mobile 500 Kva & ensure proper sync with system.  Review Root cause & take affective timely action to maintain the health of system for avoid any major break down with Corrective & preventive action for rectification of fault.  Oversee comprehensive inspections of all maintenance activities for HT & LT Pannel, Trolly & power transformer in substations, effectively ensuring seamless operation of electrical systems with flexibility & safe working practices, with implement proper documentation procedures & conduct technical evaluations for new equipment acquisitions to uphold high standards of operational efficiency.  Vendor management & ensure the timely allocation of required budget with supply of material for the execution of project with proactively by timely floating of RFP, RFQ or BOQ, SAN, GRN process.  Implement energy saving consumption & continuous improvement project time to time for plant sustainability.  A/C, D/C Earth testing & ensure earthing properly connected with system including monitoring the health of search protection device (SPD) to maintaining the system safe from power surges.  Drive best practice operational strategies with visionary policies, processes, and procedures to enhance the system performance significantly.  Supervision of different capacities rectifiers & battery bank Conducting discharge test up to 80 Depth of discharge (DOD) as per schedule for monitoring the health of battery.  Control the duties schedule of 5 Supervisor 20 staff for the smooth operation of power plant.

  Control the break downs & develop its root cause report & take corrective or preventive measures in HT & LT network.  Supervision of rectification faults of PMTs, HV & LV Panels & Bus bars in Substations, Megger testing of transformers & forwarding the job in HT & EHT control & ensure normalization of system in minimum possible time.   Load distribution fault analyzing & troubleshooting of 11 KV & 132 KV grid station & substations.   Attending of 11 KV faults, tripping, & load distribution in any break down, Back feeding through Single inline diagram (SLDS) in HT & LT Systems.   Analysis of faults occurs in HV & LV Underground Cables and in Overhead system.   Operations & Maintenance of 11 KV OCB, VCB & LBS, K/S, switches, RMUs & HV trolleys in substation.   Detecting of (MCF) main cable & (LCF) linking cable fault of HV UG Cables of 11 KV, forwarding the job in respective departments.   Arranging the shutdown & back feeding plans in HT & LT system.   Taking corrective & preventive measure to minimize the fault in HT & LT network.   Control work force, duty roster of 60 staff /10 supervisors, contingency planning, rain & strike scheduling & identify staff tanning needs & upgrade them.   Making of single line diagrams for new feeders, PMTS & also amendments in present feeders.   Prepare weekly /monthly tasks reports & give presentation in meetings with management & bridge between foreman, mid-level management, line manager.   To maintain and manage assigned grids, including but not limited maintenance of the transformers, power cables, 11 kV switches and auxiliaries, clearance of faults in earliest possible time, co-ordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders for streamlining assigned task.Projects at Karachi Electric (02/2015  01/2017) ABC & Tigger conductor Project / Substation Installation / Preventive Maintenance HT Network /Network digitalization.
