TRAINEE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities: -
• Monitoring and supervision of electrical and electronics Equipment’s, Plc Panels, Stem Turbines, Diesel Machines, VFD (variable frequency drives), Alternators
• Installation of new equipment’s including PLC Panels, AC & DC Motors, Various Sensors (heat sensors, smoke detectors), Switch Gears, Various Relays (mainly overload relay for motor protection and safety)
• Synchronization of different power sources including commercial power (WAPDA) and self-produced electricity from stem turbine engine
• Maintenance of various types of machines (blow room, carding, drawing, ring, auto- cone and different types of AC plants)
• Fault diagnoses & trouble shooting of Electrical machines including PLC Panels (Hardware, Software mainly runtime programming)
• Maintenance of electronic equipment installed on conveyer belts (Mainly Sensors, Actuator)
• Daily monitoring and maintenance works including breakdown of machines, motor overhauling and overloading, Switch Gears, electronics and thermal overload relay for motor protection and safety, different relays, motor starters (DOL, Star Delta and Soft starter)
