• Forecasting requirement of materials needed by more than 360 Smart School franchises across Pakistan by coordinating with the Sales Department for student strength and previous year sales analysis. • Adjusting requirement according to available inventory. • Co-ordination with the Vendors regarding availability of school material within shortest period of time. • Hiring Freight forwarding companies for transporting stock from vendor and Karachi and Rawalpindi warehouse to Lahore warehouse. • Coordinating with the freight forwarding companies for dispatching of stock to Karachi & Rawalpindi warehouses. • Coordinating with the sales department for timely delivery of the materials (Furniture, Stationary items etc.) required by the franchise schools. • Effective monitoring of flow of goods and implementing First-In First-Out (FIFO) or Last-In First-Out (LIFO) method in the use of stock and in dispatching of finished stock according to the requirement as approved by the Academics Department. • Inventory management including Supervision of Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi Warehouses. • Coordinates with the marketing department in maintaining inventory level of finished stock in warehouse based on market demand and sales forecast. • Keeping check on the shortages and accordingly place order to the vendor. • Weekly reporting of inventory levels and deliveries to the higher management. • Ensure all inventory transactions are performed and updated properly in system of record. • Reconciling dispatch data with the Accounts Department on Monthly basis. • Checking accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting counts on a periodic basis. • Developing the SOPs and streamlining the inventory management.

Hiring freight companies for delivery of imported stock from Dry Port to the company premise for assembling and dispatch.
Coordinating with the sales department for keeping finished inventory in stock.
Dispatch of stock (Generators and Forklift Trucks) to customers by arranging transport (Mazda & Shezore) vehicles according to the requirement.
Dispatch of almost 5-6 vehicles with stock daily during high sales season.
Keeping check on the shortages through ERP system (IFS) in order to remove these shortages.
Troubleshooting in the Procurement and Material Management department.
