Working as MEAL officer with principal recipient IHHN for Global Fund Malaria Program to contribute in collective efforts to revitalize and sustain the fight against malaria.  My key responsibilities are listed below to ensure smooth utilization the malaria grant resources, prevention, testing and treatment activities in the district:
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To monitor all program interventions including the targeted community awareness and mobilization activities
To document all the field observation, , gaps and debrief the relevant partner/ program staff and develop an agreed action plan for the findings
To carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker at field level
To validate and collect program relevant data, ensure data consistency and provide technical backstopping for error free data recording
To participate in monthly and quarterly progress review meetings.
To manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at district level which facilitates beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback
To assist central/ Provincial M&E unit in developing key compliance/quality questions and minimum standards for monitoring project performance
To assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and assessment exercises when needed
To coordinate with the district health department for the smooth implementation of grant activities.

Worked with PPHI as Executive Monitoring and Evaluation in District Badin-B at Matli. I was responsible to perform multiple tasks to ensure primary healthcare quality services remain continued at HFs for the local community.  
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To conduct field visits to 50 HFs health facilities including RHC, BHU plus, GD, ED & DCDs and record observations on monitoring of monitors (MOM app).
Conduct on spot verification to field sites and partners activities and generate report for the District Manager on key risks identified to address them timely.
Supervise the M&E team, Social organizers to ensure smooth operations, services, and medical supplies at all health facilities.
Design data collection tools for different need assessments of Health Facilities vs Catchment population.
Strong liaison with medics & Paramedics and sharing collected data with the Regional Monitoring Manager in an organized and arranged form with analysis & initial findings with recommendations.

As a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer gain working experience in World Food Program (WFP) funded project “Building resilience among drought-affected communities of district Sanghar and Tharparkar Sindh\".
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To implement the MEL system, community-based Complaint Feedback Mechanism (CBFM), update databases, conduct timely data analysis and develop reports and data archiving aligned with project Logframe & MEAL Plan.
Quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, managing and leading Baseline, PDM & End Line surveys, designing and implementing data collection tools.
Process monitoring of all project activities Village validation, HH assessment validation & verification as per WFP’s beneficiary selection criteria on a sample basis, Cash for work/Training and Disbursement of cash process, and sharing observations with project management for timely addressing gaps.
Establishing a Complaint Feedback Response Mechanism in the intervention area of the project and taking community inputs on calls through remote monitoring.

Working as focal point for MEAL activities of DRR project. I report to the MEAL Coordinator at the Country Office, while working closely with the Project Coordinator in Sindh. 
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am responsible to ensure the robust monitoring and evaluation of the project activities in compliance with ECHO requirements and generating reports accordingly.
Ensuring that the project Monitoring Plan is in place, followed, and updates regularly if needed.
Regular field visits to intervention areas in order to obtain first-hand information on the status and quality service delivery to the beneficiaries.
Timely report monitoring findings, observations, deviations from approved project implementation plan, as well as relevant recommendations to the Senior Management for appropriate course correction measures. Debriefings & Follow ups.
Design and implement Baseline, End line and PDM Surveys, including assessment design, supervise data collection teams, data analysis & reports development.
Conducting Beneficiary verification & reporting on non-compliance of selection criteria.

I performed as M&E Officer at Shifa Foundation Umerkot and provided Monitoring & Evaluation services for ongoing projects.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the project manager to develop Monitoring and Evaluation Framework Plan for the project.
To prepare annual monitoring and evaluation plan consistent with M&E Framework.
Based on the framework Develop a simple and well-defined monitoring checklist for the project and its guidelines to be used in the monitoring process for different project indicators.
Sharing field observations with pictorial evidence with Project Management to address timely.  
Develop Recording and Reporting Formats for projects.
Develop case studies and success stories.
Generate data analysis from surveys data 
Ensure reporting as per the needs of donors.
Ensure follow-up of referral cases to health facilities and share its progress on monthly basis and timely inform for any issue faced by the team.

As per my role charter, I remained involved in day-to-day program activity data recording, consolidation, coordination with Partner’s team for MEAL and IM activities and to ensure project progress aligned with targets/indicators as per MEAL plan and LFA. Designed numerous of quality tools & databases for data collection and recording project output & outcome level activities, HH assessment, beneficiary’s verification, PDM, market survey etc. Regular update indicators-based progress tracker and managing CRM as a focal point as well. 
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision & support implementation partner for the MEAL & IM activities at the field level for the SIDA RRM project in District Mirpurkhas and Badin province Sindh to ensure timely and smooth implementation of programmed tasks of project aligned with LFA & MEAL Plan & donor requirements agreed in the proposal.
Develop MEAL Plan and micro field plans for monitoring of field activities like process monitoring, beneficiary’s verification & PDM surveys to measure the program quality.
Training and supervision enumerators and data entry operators to complete project surveys & assessment data collection activities.
Development/improvement of program data collection tools for MEAL & IM like process monitoring checklists for community training sessions, cash transfer & NFIs distribution processes, functional handwashing stations and PDM tool etc.
Ensure an updated and maintained database of the project by supervising day-to-day program activity data recording, consolidation, coordination with the Partners team for MEAL and IM activities.
Implement Feedback and Complaints Mechanism (FCM), development contents for FCM banner & Complaint Box and integrated FCM into field monitoring tools to ensure program quality and transparency.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Nutrition International is a key partner of the Nutrition Support Programme (NSP) of Govt. of Sindh & Federal Health Department engaged in saving lives and focusing on improving the nutrition of women and children through Vitamin A and Zinc supplementation, sprinkles/multiple micronutrient powders in the feeding of children 6-24 months to reduce anemia, fortification of flour to increase consumption of Folic Acid and Iron in women of childbearing age and complementary iodized salt to control malnutrition typically Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDDs) like stunting growth, preventable brain damage, low IQ level in children, goiter, mental retardation. I performed the following roles & responsibilities mainly for USI Pakistan Programme to support the combined efforts of addressing malnutrition at the grassroots level and reaching PLWs, adolescent Girls and children with micronutrient supplementations:
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination with Deputy Commissioner & DHO offices for the smooth implementation of USI program. 
Visits to field areas of allocated districts to conduct process monitoring, activities, and Verification of targets achieved vs planned.
Qualitative & quantitative data collection on prescribed assessment tools.
Joint Field visits with WFP representatives & DNO from the Health Department for the monitoring of Community-based Nutrition awareness activities conducted by partner organizations on IDDs & SI.
Developing Progress reports on a Weekly, Monthly, and Annual basis and sharing key findings for areas of improvement along with concrete recommendations.
Conduct market and community level evaluation surveys from all districts on a sample basis to collect data on availability, consumption, awareness and present practices regarding iodized salt.
Conduct baseline surveys of salt processors to compile information on the potential recipient of potassium iodide, their existing facilities, and areas of distribution.
Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNAs), design & deliver technical training as Master Trainer to salt processors & field teams of partner organizations.

Micronutrient Initiative is a Canadian International Non-Governmental Organization. I joined this prestigious organization as a Field Officer for Universal Salt Iodization (USI) Pakistan Project, initially 06 districts of the Hyderabad zone were assigned to me to cover and later on additional 04 districts of the Mirpurkhas zone were also given to oversee the project activities. I had given tasks to control over malfunctioning of raw & non-iodized salt, tracing sources of suppliers through regular markets and household level monitoring with the coordination of all stakeholders to help the government and communities to control iodine deficiency disorders.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field Monitoring of salt processing units and conducting market level and household level surveys.
Meetings with DHOs, DFPs, Food Inspectors and other government officials to get their support in resolving day-to-day issues in the field.
Managing demand & supply of potassium iodate with coordination of District Focal Persons & Country Office.
Establish Quality Control Laboratories (QCLs) with the support of the Health Department.
Submit salt samples for titration analysis in QCLs and receive lab results to share with all concerned.
Support regional and district level activities, for improving adequate iodization of salt at the production level, availability of adequately iodized salt in the market and utilization at household levels.
Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting and sharing issues and bottlenecks faced in the field with suitable recommendations to the health department & MI team.
Facilitate and implement training and other capacity-building activities in the assigned districts.
Participation in monthly LHSs meetings and orient them about the USI project and its objectives.
Assist DHOs & DFPs in the overall execution of the program including monitoring and supervision, monthly reporting, planning (agenda, meetings and follow-up) and attending meetings of District IDDC committees.
Participation in Health and Nutrition based activities as a divisional representative of the organization.

Worked in the MEAL department of ACTED at Mirpurkhas and performed a variety of tasks like grass root level assessment and data collection for monitoring and evaluation of multi-dimensional projects like (Shelter, WASH, livelihood, and Agricultural). Supporting AMEU management in designing and developing an effective M & E Plan, accountability system & data collection tools.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for field monitoring and qualitative and quantitative data collection of ACTED interventions through Baseline & End-line Surveys, PDM (Post Distribution Monitoring), Pre & Post KAP Surveys, rapid Assessments, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), etc as per M&E plan.
Data cleaning, analysis, data management, report writing and highlighting lesson learned activities,
Conduct process monitoring on regular basis and submit observations & recommendations for the highlighted gaps.

Worked in MIS Department of Ministry of Planning, Development & Reforms, Government of Pakistan Islamabad under a project titled “Monitoring of PSDP Financed Projects” and performed data collection, entry, compilation, and analysis of periodical monitoring & evaluation reports of federally funded projects, monthly, quarterly, yearly based projects’ progress reports, annual cash, and work plans into online “Project Monitoring and Evaluation System Software”.
