概要

Currently I am working in Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd # 3 (Power Generation Unit) as a Plant In-Charge.
My responsibilities include the following;
• Safe and smooth running of the plant by implementing of standard SOPs.
• Fault tracing and programming of PLC & HMI control based machines (B&R 2005, Fotek & Wientek)
• Establish guide lines for the power house staff to make sure smooth operations.
• Review equipment manuals and prepare inspection schedules to ensure that proper maintenance is accomplished in accordance with manufacture guide lines to uphold system reliability.
• Responsible to coordinate with Machine OEM’s for maintenance major issues
• Trouble shooting of gas engines is case of breakdown.
• Responsible for Maintenance annual budgeting and usage of allocated budget amount.
• Maintaining stock level of all spare parts required for preventive maintenance.
• Recommends duty schedule of power house staff.
• Prepare daily and monthly consumption reports.
• Interpretation of schematic drawings of all circuits.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Deals with utilities like (Different types of pumps (reciprocating, centrifugal, gear, piston etc ,Different Types of heat exchangers (plate, tube), and cooling tower (bottles, square)
