Responsibilities as Accessory Store Manager • To manage the day to day operations and give the target of the day on the basis of Monthly target. • Monitor Daily team efficiency with given target. • Monitor daily receiving\'s of goods and ensure it to receive in system after the inspection criteria. • Monitor the daily stock transfers which are dispatched for concern Style unit/inter transfer to units. • Trigger the stock levels and managing space area for upcoming shipments. • Monitor monthly stock inventory audits and make sure done with 100% accuracy. Also trigger the issue in case of any discrepancy. • Working on Style Campus Project with best atomization of warehouse racking designs and layouts. • Calculate the space utilization with best efforts. • Close their dead accessory projects with maximum benefits of company. • Reduce the stock levels through best planning. • Ensure the working environment with safe and secure/implement the warehouse safety for each personal.
Team Leader
To monitor the warehouse administration and inbound and outbound process on weekly and monthly basis. To monitor the IRA (inventory record accuracy). Demand of stock, stock replenishment, Salvage Stock planning, Transport planing, orders planning, vehicle route planing for dispatching of vehicles. we were handle 50 customers from this distribution center e.g four & five stars hotels and airlines, hospitals etc. Also plan warehouse budgeting, FDC & VDC planing as well.
Customer Service Specialist
Looking the Customer Orders for and customer forecasting. Allocation of stocks for zonal & regional level. Monitor the sales targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Stock shifting from internal warehouse from Sheikhupura to Kabirwala and Kabirwala to Sheikhupura. Also monitor the imports shipments. Close coordination with sales team because its cross functional post. Closely focus on daily dispatch summary from both DCs. Monitor CSL & DPA weekly and monthly basis.
Warehouse Team Leader Kabir Wala Factory
To manage the complete shift operations and reporting to DC Manager. Warehouse inbound/outbound operations, Labour planning for vehicles loading and vehicle dispatch efficiency report, production receiving, dispatch related issues, to manage the vehicle halting issues etc....!!
DC Assistant Sheikhupura Warehouse
To Manage the warehouse stock inventory, SLED (Shelf Life Expiry Date) with FIFO, Less and excess dispatch inventory complaints, warehouse stock management. Inbound and outbound operations.
