Joined The Learning Organization on Feb 2006 as Trainee Consultant and promoted to Human Resource Consultant in April 2006,here my duties and Responsibilities were related to Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. Later Joined KICTL a multinational Container Terminal at West Wharf as HR Officer Generalist. After that Joined Tapal Tea Pvt. Ltd. as HR Executive in 2008, was promoted as HR Support Manager in 2010, was selected as Power User for the implementation of SAP HCM in 2012, was promoted as Regional HR Manager in 2014, a within grade promotion and again gets promoted to next grade as Regional HR Manager in 2015. Involves in various HR activities.
Have done Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from Ned University and PIQC, also a Thomas Certified and I am very confident, flexible person, having excellent inter-personal skills, multi-tasking abilities and an active team player.
