Key Duties as Inventory Controller & Procurement:-
·         To create Material requisition in oracle module for any new purchase.
·         Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
·         Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval process.
·         Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
·         Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
·         Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
·         Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
·         To manage inventory as per operation requirement.
·         Manage stock control and reconcile with Oracle inventory module.
·         Prepare reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
·         Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
·         Identify heavy and low turn inventory items and maintain proper stock.
·         Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis).
·         Maintain separate stock for all segment of the companies like Well testing, Drilling fluid, Wire line.
·         Develop accurate, consistent and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
·         Maintain standards of HSE and security.
·         To maintain minimum/ maximum level of stock as per requirement.
·         Have strong experience in procurement and supply chain.
·         Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.
·         Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements.
·         Verification of all freight invoices.
·         Have experience in back yard activities like preparation of Well test units, certifications and safety related issues.
·         Accurately maintain inventory balances between inventory systems in order to preserve inventory integrity.
·         Perform in a manner consistent with company Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles.
·         Establish processes and procedures that support and record production and inventory activities.
·         Prepare correspondence to banks and vendors when necessary.
·         Maintain thorough knowledge on inventory system in order to provide extensive support to the production management team for inventory and production related issues.
·         Generation and distribution of weekly reports that summarising inventory accuracy through the use of cycle counts.
·         Ensure that adequate financial and internal controls are in place for all activities relating to the accounting functions.
·         Preparation of Audit files for annual audit and liaison with auditors to provide them all required information.
