Assistant Manager Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities as assistant manager supply chain management (Oct-14 to present).
• Organize qualitative vendor’s inventory through pull demand at low cost.
• Manage local, imported & maintenance inventory by 5S techniques and job lot storage.
• Manage buffer stock to fulfill abnormal demands.
• Organize customer’s KANBAN to ensure their JIT strategy.
• Ensure to minimize wastage at lower level via inventory’s KPIs’.
• Get approval of IOR for saving regulatory & custom duty under SRO 655 from EDB.

• Responsible for Sale Tax including e-filling, payment, sales tax queries meetings at customers.

• Conduct audit of warehouse and store departments.
• Prepare several reports as per management requirements.
• Prepare debit credit notes and check GRN, PO.

• Practice several Muda’s segment to diminish unnecessary nonvalue-added cost.

• Practice 5S strategy to keep stock efficiently.
