Technical:

Introduce Qatar Charity\'s program to the local communities and the formation of Community Organizations.
To begin with a baseline survey of target communities and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment.
To assess the needs and resources required for sanitation and hygiene promotion in the target areas.
To identify stakeholders, potential leaders, and influential, decision-makers/opinion makers in the working area. To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance.
To initiate actions aimed at breaking down passivity, apathy, and attitudes of letting others do things for themselves.
To conduct behaviour Change Communication Campaigns 
To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge (about CLTS and hygiene) in getting community members interested, organized, and motivated.
Carry out field-related project activities in prescribed formats.
Maintaining good relations with communities, notables, and local contact persons to involve them in program activities and seek their support wherever required.
Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for QC Program
Develop a profile of the villages/area.
Coordinate closely with the program team for the timely implementation of QC interventions.
Undertake field visits, and surveys to deliver the program.
Identify problems and proposes remedial action.
Identify alternative courses of action and accelerate/improve program delivery.
Prepare reports on the areas where QC work can be carried out using specific tools for gathering data, prepare the evaluation phases and implement the recommendations.
Submit the weekly report to the supervisor.
Participate in establishing effective monitoring, information, and reporting systems, and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation.
Identify, assess, select, develop, and maintain a referral system with local NGOs and other service providers.
Perform other related duties as required.
Training local leaders and activities in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a program of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
Preparing weekly, monthly, and overall DIP under the direct supervision of the Line manager.
Providing data on the field to Monitoring & Evaluation Section on time.
Responsible for coordination with all stakeholders at the Union Council level.
Record all Data in soft and Hard form.

2. Management:

Must have the Management skills to handle the community & Stakeholders at the union council level  
 Ensure proper record keeping of the projects   
Facilitates Monitoring visits at the union council level                 

3. Compliance and feedback:

Ensures transparency in the field and dealing with different stakeholders 
Ensure proper follow-up of the complaints and resolve them as per organizational policies and procedure 
Listening to the community and their conflicts and trying to resolve them 

4. Team Management and performance:

Must have a good working relationship with the team members, partners, and contractors & Stakeholders at union council level  
Must show the performance against the assigned tasks 

5. Reporting:

Must have reporting skills to report as per organizational policies and procedures 
Must possess the skill for reporting the activity or project

Developed long-term working relations with relevant authorities to offer support for field interventions aimed at ensuring child safety, showcasing a hands-on approach to child protection.
Provide trainings on Safeguarding Child Protection and PSEA to Teachers staff, and Ips across different project in the region of KPK, Balouchistan, Sindh.
Educated and guided educators, learners, and partner organization staff through comprehensive training on safeguarding child protection and PSEA.

Project: Pakistan Maternal Mortality Survey

Steered a government survey across three districts as well as conducted interviews with female respondents.
Used three distinct types of questionnaires to discuss about maternal mortality and maternal deaths.

Key Project: Sindh Education Foundation Schools’ Assessment

Served as a Supervisor to assess SEF schools with the provided format.
Ditrected a high-performng team to assess data and deliver reports to the management.

Key Project: A project of “World Bank” & with the collaboration of Reform Support Unit (RSU) Sindh

Conducted observations of classroom activities and interactions, including behavior of teacher and student to assess teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Delivered feedback and suggestions based on observations, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key Project: Improved Access to fair legitimate and effective justice in Pakistan

Actively participated in training about gender at Peshawar and local Government Act 2013 in Hyderabad Sindh.
Successfully organized meetings across different Talukas in District Khairpur.
Steered monthly sessions to educate groups on legal articles, human rights, minority rights, and Local Government Act 2013 that enhanced awareness of rights.

Key Project: WASH Services Under” UN maternal & child stunting Reduction Program” PATS Plus.

Oversaw data entry processes to assure accurate records while evaluating the impact of initiatives.
Conducted community-based training sessions for specific groups, including Village WASH Committees (VWCs), School Management Committees (SMCs), Community Resource Persons (CRPs), and School WASH Clubs to facilitate comprehensive education and engagement.

Set a benchmark of excellence by performing midline surveys within households to assess the status of WASH, nutrition, and disaster risk reduction initiatives.
Performed midline surveys to gather insights on WASH, nutrition, and DRR aspects while utilizing focus group discussions (FGDs).
Collected key information and conducted measurement of anthropometric indices such as height and weight measurements for children under five years of age, pregnant women, and lactating women.

Created and retained school enrollment and accurate general register records for all students.
Oversaw financial and administrative tasks and upheld records of school fees and related transactions.
Planned and implemented syllabus for each academic subject, coordinated examination schedules, and oversaw the entire examination process to ensure smooth execution.

Project: WASH (water and sanitation hygiene)

Held full accountability for collecting important information of households from married and unmarried women’s and males about WASH.
Successfully organized information from household field through interviews in select districts.
Recorded and documented survey responses to ensure data integrity and quality.

Conducted a survey to analyze various types of participants affected by violence against children and women.
Identified target areas for the survey and selected locations to ensure accurate representation.
Executed surveys focused on Child Labor, encompassing various settings including workshops, homes, and other locations where instances of violence prevail.
