Lead /Supervise all HR, IR & Admin matters
Develop Admin & Security Policies:
Supervise security matter, proper implementation of SBM & deal with Security provider.
Conduct security Risk assessment & eliminate non conformity during security audit.
Perform floor visit to ensure proper implementation of company policies, HSE activities and procedures.
Maintain and record of company vehicles and employees contract Transport Monthly Invoice Process of utilities and support services.
Supervise Building maintenance, Housekeeping & Canteen/Mess etc. Lead Admin & Security related projects.
Develop IR Policies:
Solve IR & labor issues, implementation of labour laws, handling litigation matters, deals with Government officials.
Employment:
Monitor's implementation of employment policy & procedures.
Coordinate recruitment & selection process, prepare advertisement, conducts interviews along with Managers/HOD and Unit Head, selection evaluation cycle.
Reviews employee turnover reasons and take corrective & preventive action.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards:
Reviews & develop compensation, performance appraisal, benefits & rewards policy and monitor its effectiveness to ensure enhance employee efficiency & motivation.
Employee Relations:
Ensures all employee grievances & follow-up & ensure employee dues are settled promptly Supports line managers to counsel employees with behavioral problems and / or performance issues / disciplinary issues.
Recommend recreational activity / employee engagement & gathering events / Breakfast-
/prize distribution ceremony.
