▪ Responsible for administration of construction contract works, and assist the RE with prompt exchange ofcorrespondence, submittals, and RFI\'s to all contractors.▪ Analyze progress reports, drawings, blueprints, tests and photographs.▪ Coordination with contractor\'s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.▪ Continuous inspections and consultation with the SRE including the preparation of written and oral reports tothe RE on contractual and procedural matters.▪ Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities areadequately covered.▪ Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate andnecessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contractdocuments.▪ Coordinate the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site. Orient inspectors to verifythat contractor is following his approved site Health & Safety plan.▪ Review the contractor\'s progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materialsstored at the site, and the contractor\'s manpower and equipment.▪ Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as required by the SRE. Identifyconstraints and recommend corrective measures.▪ Review inspector\'s daily reports and preparation of engineer\'s daily diary, and general oversight of inspector\'sdaily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of thecontractor\'s operations.

To review the schedules submitted by Contractors for realistic timelines and technical grounds of CPM▪ To create lookaheads and update the schedules with actual site progress▪ To monitor critical and near critical paths for possible delays and issuing appropriate course of actions for delayingactivities.▪ To monitor and control execution of civil works including pile foundations, super structure and architecture works toensure accuracy and quality of works.▪ To prepare weekly dashboard reports and detailed progress reports▪ To propose / review recovery schedules in case there is any slippage in the baseline▪ To assist the project manager.

▪ Ensuring accomplishment of tasks according to approved time, quality and cost estimates.
▪ Checking and ensuring that all the measuring and testing equipment are calibrated.
