1. Responsible for all MEP related work activities at site.
2. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategies, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
3. Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.
4. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operations of site.
5. Develop a planned preventive maintenance schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
6. Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality and achievement of all KPI’s.
7. Attend various meetings, communicate instructions, produce written reports and make presentations.
8. Perform root cause analysis, resolve problems and provide technical expertise to team with continuous training & development.
9. Manage annual maintenance contracts and contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
10. Prepare the annual maintenance budget, forecasts and capital expenditure from identification to completion of projects.

1. Site execution manages for implementing the whole scope of site works from mobilization to acceptance by customer.
2. Responsible for erection, execution, cable laying, cable termination, panel installation, testing & commissioning of transformer’s, installation of smoke detectors and heat sensors for safety purpose.
3. Develops and implement the strategy for execution of site works in order to achieve the project goals.
4. Plans the necessary resources for execution of site works. Organizes the site teams and defined the roles and responsibilities.
5. Align the overall objective; conduct performance reviews, gives regular feedback and development opportunities to site staff.
6. Installing a strong EHS culture that is fully in line with GE EHS policy and procedure.
7. Put in a place a site quality plan to ensure; site work will be in accordance with contractual agreement for customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure the site work schedule is achievable and supports the achievement of target dates for completion.
9. Manage site budgets and optimize site works and schedule accordingly to optimize the site cost.

1. Manage for smooth operations and maintenance of electrical equipment’s.
2. Ensure smooth running of equipment by ensuring that all machines are properly and timely maintained/serviced.
3. Ensure efficiency of all key equipment to be at 90% and run the preventive maintenance plan.
4. Support service manager in installation and start-ups of new equipment’s (UPS, camera’s, PFI Panel, ATS Panel, wiring work, cooling unit installation with chiller and Fire control system).
5. Responsible for all troubleshooting and immediate rectification of devices.
6. Keep all engineering operations under controlled environment, meeting all health, safety and housekeeping standards.
7. Responsible for costing, financial and technical evaluation of repair and maintenance related work proposals.
8. Responsible for maintaining effective follow-ups with procurement for timely ordering of required material/spare part.
