概要

I am responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and consulting

with business stakeholders on HR issues. I evaluate solutions aligned with people
and business strategy. I develop partnerships across HR functions to provide valueadded services to support business growth. Key jobs include

Employee Life Cycle Managing an effective hire-retire cycle in interviewing and evaluating people and performing talent acquisition, engagement and
development, retention and separation activities. A company-based professional
with experience in recruitment, staffing, FNF settlement, and layoffs, as per
company policy.

Performance Management Conduct annual business planning sessions with
leadership teams, conduct goals and KPI audits, manage performance review
cycles, calibration exercises, and pay reviews based on internal and external equity gaps and current financial impact.

Talent Development Lead development planning, aligning talent needs with
business plans, conducting annual talent reviews, calibrating action plans with
leadership teams, and developing talent profiles for key business roles, attrition
risk. Identifying, and recommending interventions such as employee mobility,
succession mapping, cross-functional projects, coaching, structural changes, etc.

Maintain company policies and immediate action plan for any misconduct.

To make Success Factor Leave Management System compatible.
Assured installation and 100 usage (all social compliance audits from users) for
NCs compliance regarding Payroll, OT, etc.

Ensured 100 coverage of eligible workers in Health Insurance (GLI).
Ensured 100 registration and issuance of cards from SESSI and EOBI to eligible
employees.

Understanding client requirements and deciding recruitment strategy
Monitoring of disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Sustainability data is maintained on monthly basis.
