Universal Service Fund ( USF) Projects
a) Complete Monitoring and Tracking of the Project.
b) Analyzing Profiling and Drive test Reports for Regional Acceptance.
c) Planning Nominal for new sites and identifying Population chunks based on desktop working.
d) Planning new lots using planning tools like Atoll/ Asset.
e) Taking up with regional teams and vendors on critical issues.
f) Submitting Reports to Higher management on weekly/monthly basis regarding project progress.
g) Keep tracking and Monitoring Cluster level KPI\'\'\'\'s of all completed USF projects.
3G-UMTS Experience:
a) Defining 3G KPIs, QoS acceptance criteria, target settings etc.
b) 3G network monitoring, problem analysis, troubleshooting and Optimization.
c) 3G R99/HSPA/HSPA+ network optimization, reducing congestion and drops, improving
the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate
in the 3G RAN network for all Voice and High Speed Data
d) City level Optimization projects to improve 3G coverage and Formation, checking
and approval of SSV reports, PAC/FAC Reports
e) Analysis of Initial cell level Stats of Roll out sites.
4G-LTE Experience:
a) Analyzing site/Cluster performance after integration through drive test
measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommend
changes to fixing those problems
b) Monitoring & Optimization of LTE KPIs i.e. RRC Connection Success Rate, E-RAB
Establishment Success Rate, E-RAB Drop Rate, Downlink & Uplink IP layer Throughput
