To coordinate shipment arrangement with the supplier/vendor of the air freight operations for our global clients named adidas, Levi’s, Nike and local free hand customers. 
Dealing with all carriers to get optimal rates on least transit time. 
Execution of shipments on intended delivery date and follow up till delivery at destnation.
To support DSV networks in response to shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
To maximize revenue by deep selling. 
To conduct daily meeting with all internal stake holders on pending tasks and resolution.
Taking care of Export operations, which includes booking space with Airlines, preparation of AWB.
Updating all milestones, costing and invoicing. 
To onboard new customers and follow up with commercial team for enhancement of business.
To present monthly revenue presentation with senior management including CEO Agility

1) Procuring compatible rates from different organisations worldwide on FOB/FCA/EXW bases.
2) Quoting rates to clients within deadline.
3) To handle full core operations of all Air shipments .
4)Providing flight details to clients and ensure all documents including MAWB/HAWB are intact for IGM manifestation in PK customs software named Weboc. 
5) Dealing with highly complexed issues in the way smooth handling and operations and providing best supply solutions to clients timely.
6) Creating freight invoices in DSV software named CW1 ( SAP based).
7) Update all data quality KPI in CW1 in a timely manners after arrival cargo arrival. 
8) Make sure to complete operational process of all inbound cargo based on (FCA, FOB, EXW,DDP,and DAP) remains intact till cargo arrival .
9) Have experience of Air procurement, sales support and operations all simultaneously.

Responsible for the handling of all Cargo, courier and mail within the assigned specific area such as (Manifesting, Break down, Updating, Import Doc, Acceptance & Delivery, Ramp, Planning, Perishable, Quality & Tracing). Inspect, validate and count goods at every point of delivery. Collect AWBs and feed them in I-cargo weboc and Sprint. prepare reports required by the airline. E-mailing on outlook. Inspect and confirm validity of all associated documentation to ensure the effective movement of all cargo, courier and mail. Feed data within the time frame and resolve queries of all consolidators and providing them best optimum output so that cargo could be placed smoothly. To handle issues and perform tasks given by regulatory authorities such as Customs, Civil aviation. Resolve all operational matters just-in-time.

Cargo Acceptance( Perishable,dry items, courier material including Post office mail).
Warehousing, buildup as per Load plan provided by the concern Airline.
Preparing Cargo Flight Manifest and escorting Cargo to loading area (RAMP) keeping in the view of Local and Airline polices.
Plan the loading of the cargo products into ULDs/bulk for carriage on the assigned aircraft in accordance with the priorities given, to achieve optimum utilization of capacity.
Liaise with airline staff for flight operational requirements and co-ordination of activities for trans-shipments.
Check that the cargo is loaded as specified in the load plan and to ensure that the safety of the aircraft is not
compromised and the product quality standards are maintained.
Assist in resolving claims and discrepancies liaising with concerned authorities and departments.
Perform delegated tasks, administrative, operational and promotional which will enhance profitability for organization.
Complete administrative duties as directed by the Cargo Supervisor/Officer, including data entry, statistics and reports
Provide operational support and cover operational duties as directed by the Cargo Supervisor/Officer e.g. freighter

I have been worked in supply chain department during my internship period where I learnt lots of technical aspects that how to handle inventory,negotiation with different suppliers,cross functioning,relationship with stakeholders,pricing,sourcing,despatching, keeping record of all documents in master control list,team work,Operating Oracle,analytical reports and logistical operations.
