.With extensive experience in program management and technical advisory related to Immunization and integrated health services I believe I am an ideal candidate for any health related program/project management.
As a former team member of the Polio Eradication Initiative with the World Health Organization, I had the opportunity to work closely with Immunization program in high-risk settings, which has made me familiar with globally accepted standards and practices of immunization and health services. In addition, I have gained hands-on experience in Monitoring and evaluation of implementation of all program strategies till execution of operations, further i am expert in Data collection through different tools and their analysis for further use in each implementation phase of the program service .Disease surveillance of communicable diseases specifically polio was also my responsibility during this duration.
My education background and experience have equipped me with the necessary skills to design innovative proposals and programs in collaboration with other teams. Furthermore, I have been a lead technical resource in developing creative, sustainable, and impactful program in Expanded Programe on Immunization, Child Health and Behavioral Change. I have excellent communication skills that enable me to work seamlessly with stakeholders at various levels.

1.Provide technical support to pre-campaign activities particularly planning, preparing and monitoring the quality of area level Micro-planning, at the union council, tehsil and districts levels.
2.Monitor the availability of human and material resources and provide necessary support to augment them.
3.Ensure selection of appropriate vaccinators and supervisors according to the guidelines
4.Monitor and support the trainings in the pre-campaign phase; for various categories of health workers involved in vaccination and supervision.

1.Support district health authorities in ensuring that there is a system in place for comprehensive AFP case detection and response.
2.Complement district health authorities / staff efforts to ensuretimely investigation of all AFP cases including timely stool collection and transportation and appropriate actions are under taken in response to the surveillance findings.
3.Undertake regular site visits to reporting sites to ensure that no AFP cases are missed/ not reported.
4.Facilitate that all data from AFP cases are properly collected, line-listed, analyzed and interpreted timely; and forwarded to provincial office.
5.Regularly monitor the quality of surveillance data in the district(s) of responsibility.
6.Participate in detailed epidemiological investigations of urgent (hot), confirmed and compatible polio cases and AFP cases with zero routine OPV dose.
7.Participate in training for health care workers on AFP surveillance.
8.Assist in ensuring inclusion of all high risk/ underserved/ migrant population in the Surveillance network and all AFPs are reported from them.
