Assistant Manager Finance & Taxation
• Prepare Monthly & Annual Financial Accounts by ensuring that all expenses & revenue reporting and tax regulations
are being followed.
• Budgeting & forecasting for periodical controls & Variance Analyses, , management reporting & ensuring compliance.
• Monitor & Review work of subordinates & operational performance reports sales, purchase, production, Inventory,
Aging in order to ensure accurate Accounts Finalization.
• Costing including Product / Import Costing also assist in setting up Product Pricing.
• To fulfill tax requirement, monitor Tax Amendments & comply with statutory regulations for Income /Sales Tax FBR &
SRB,EOBI/SESSI controlling procedure.
• Supervises E-filling of Monthly Sales Tax Returns/Withholding Sales tax Statements FBR/SRB, WHT
Statement/Challans U/S 165 &149 on IRIS System & Annual Income Tax Returns (Company & Individuals) along with
complete Taxes Reconciliations.
• Responsible to manage timely compliance of external (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, SRB, EOBI, SESSI,
LABOR) departmental Audits/Monitoring & take in special projects as requested.
• Liaising with Company’s Tax Consultant in the absence of Manager Finance where needed.
• Dealing with Cross functional departmental Activities & adhoc queries &, managing work flows to meet key reporting
deadlines with strong internal controls & finance Procedure.
• Various MIS Reports like (Production Planning as per Target Sales decided by management,Tax Planning, Month wise
Product consumption comparison in terms of cost & quantity, Product wise Margin, Expenses Comparison, Timely
payments & compliance of Taxes).
