Update and analyze interlinked Online system (ASIS) and
databases, ensuring meticulous accuracy applied to the input and
ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
Reconcile data with management regarding penalties (Daily/
Monthly Kilometer Report, Diesel Filing Report,
Accident/Breakdown etc.)
Prepared over 100 infrastructure performance analysis and
reports and resolved issues in regard to IT.
Monitor Operation live and lead control room team to analyze
monthly operational reports/daily real-time monitoring from
Online portals.

Resident Engineer in deployment and operational phase of
Multan Metro Project Govt of Pakistan.
• Complete deployed and installed of AFC-BSS equipment
on 21 stations includes Network and Devices. CDMA
wireless connectivity for buses.
• Received hands-on training of complete knowledge about all
the network devices installed in buses and station from
ASIS(Turkish Team).
• Worked on all the network devices (OBU, Validators,
Turnstiles, Ticketing Vending Machine (TVM), Switch Router,
Online Portal (ASIS, KENTKART), and Reports) and prepare
manuals for the team.
• Troubleshooting, identification and rectification of hardware
/software/network issues in given timelines. Hardware
maintenance activities in the depot and at stations.
• Developed organogram and daily maintenance plans for the
buses and staff in the deployment phase.
