 Configure, check and troubleshoot L2 and L3 connectivity of Metropolitan Area Network (MAN).
 Work on core and distributor routers; Mikrotik and Cisco series.
 Work on Cisco, BDCOM, Raisecom and Linksys switches and also work on BDCOM gepon OLT.
 Work on static and different dynamic routing protocols (OSPF and BGPv4).
 Work on different switching protocols VTP, DTP and STP (Setting cost, priority, BPDU filter and guards). Also, access and trunk ports troubleshooting in MAN network.
 Configure PPPOE profile and server on mikrotik and connect it to Radius server.
 Coordinate with vendors for smooth services of internet BW, data connectivity and fiber related issues.
 Create user panel and graphs on Cacti server; also add, remove and delete devices on NMS server and create graph.
 Design and implement client’s network.
 Make document of network data.
 Check and monitor bandwidth traffic as a routine work on Cacti and MRTG graphs.
 Monitor overall network via Network Management System (NMS).
 Handle customer queries via tickets, phone and emails.
 Give technical support of L1, L2 and L3 to corporate customers and troubleshoot their problems and also give assessment of port forwarding, NAT/PAT and email issues via phone with in and out of their network.
 Give technical support to DHCP dealers.
 Resolve technical issues of office colleagues.
Tasks:
 Mattermost (Collaborative tool) installed on centos 7 (linux), configured and setup in office environment and secure it with ClamAV antivirus and Fail2ban to restrict brute attacks storm.
 OTRS 6 install on Centos 7 (linux) and configured.
 Install Cacti server on VMware – Centos 7 (linux).
 Install and configure OPNsense firewall on Centos 7.
