• Assist faculty with the usage of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Keeping track of important faculty deadlines and sending regular reminders.
• Handling student queries regarding the school and its various programs and activities.

• Handling scheduling of academic calendar including students’ weekly class schedule and maintaining faculty calendar.
• Assisting in the hiring of academic positions at SOE.
• Coordinating scheduling of class/Lab venues as per faculty requirements.
