Professionally Work Started in 2010 in PPC Department as Joiner Officer PPC with Hush Puppies Pakistan (Firhaj Footwear) and I worked with them around 6 years and left as Asst. Manager PPC and After that I had join the MIMA Apparel (Hub Leather) as Manager Production and I had work with them around 2 years and after that I am working in RICI MELION one of the luxuries Suiting Brand as Head of PPC Department.
I am responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process from planning and scheduling to quality control and timely delivery. I ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
Prepaid Bill of Material(BOM) and Calculate the actual cost with cost sheet and Verify Profit and lose.
Lead all production team and maintain the manpower (Cut to Pack).

Get conducting third party quality inspections
Make Profit & Loss Sheet of Leather and Present to Director.
Managing All Leather and Fabric Testing Requirements and Preform Test and Communication by Emails, Skype and Telephonic with Multi Labs, SGS Pakistan & Hong Kong , TTI Pakistan, BV Pakistan & France, LU Germany, Aitex Chines, Switzerland Lab Etc
Preparation of Material requirement sheet according to sample product and buyer specification sheet. Consumption of material (fabric, thread, button, and twill tape) is calculated and estimated cost of each material.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities utilizing information derived from material and production control systems
Coordinate with project managers and production to sequence manufacturing, assembly, and installation
Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule
Coordinate with departments and project managers as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding budget and delivery
Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes
Participate in project milestone meetings with managers and Directors
Cashier On Front Counter
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media

Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Place or cancel orders
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Handle product recalls
