I have experience in the sector of education spreading over more than twenty five years. I started my career as a teacher and later on, after gaining an extensive experience of about 14 years with several well reputed institutions in Islamabad, I joined Children's Global Network, Pakistan as a Master Teacher Trainer. There I got the opportunities to enhance my understandings on Early Childhood Education and Primary and Secondary Education Programs through certificate courses from Washington DC. and Montana State University, USA.
My international exposures and interaction with International and National Program Managers /Trainers further broaden my vision of, Designing and Implementation of effective Teaching amp Learning Practices in institutions, Monitoring and Evaluation Policies, Research Work and Module Development, Development of Impact Assessment Tools and their Implementation, etc. I also have vast experience of conducting grass root training and capacity building programs of government and private school teachers, government official, school administration, community groups etc. I have worked in educational and development sector, managed, planned, coordinated, monitored and conducted trainings, workshops, programs, etc.
I have experience of disaster management as well. I have worked with children who were in shock after the earthquake and helped them in coming out of that ordeal. Distribution of relief goods, helped in the management of a crisis centre. Worked with the teachers in the camps as well and trained them how to handle children and bring them out of shock.
Since late 2009, I am doing individual consultancies with different International Organizations including UNICEF, MUSLIMAID, Church World Services as well as Ministry of Education (Project Wing).
My assignments included to draft, review and finalize Early Learning Development Standards (ELDS), Development of Early Childhood Education (ECE) kit, Proof reading of the Early Learning
