I am a food safety HACCP level 3 certified professional with 3.6 years of experience, Currently, I am serving as a lecturer in a Private University for more than 2 years, and previously I served as an Assistant Manager QA in an International Fast food chain, I have hands-on experience of teaching methodologies, course planning, product development, product troubleshooting, food premises evaluation, training, and IPM services, I love to work in a dynamic organization which makes use of my knowledge & skills and provides enough room for career development.
My core responsibility includes providing state of the art teaching regarding assigned courses & supervision of final year students, Teaching is a great responsibility it needs updated knowledge & skills topped off with a great sense of responsibility because a teacher is dealing with the future of the nation.
I have looked at 27 stores of pizza hut in the upper north region stretched from Bhehra motorway to Peshawar, my primary tasks were to conduct an internal food safety audit, training of new staff, product development, product troubleshooting, coordination with the IPM team. By the grace of ALLAH, one of the notable performances was that during my tenure our region able to achieve an 80% benchmark of FSCC score in the external food safety audit.
