I have extensive food handling experience and earned Degree and Certificates from College Of Tourism Pakistan. Their Intesely focused program taught me unique knife skills and how to read a recipe. I learned classic techniques and how to work with diverse ingredients.
I then took this knowledge during my studies to Greenhouse Healthy Food Reataurant. Where i did 1 month intensively focused on calories training in healthy Continental Food. I Put these skills to use Than passed the food trial and worked as a kitchen Incharge for 1 year at Greenhouse. Later on i have worked at different restaurants(Oriental&Continental cuisines) in my Hometown for few months.
I found an opportunity to work in Oman as a kitchen Supervisor in Sidewalk Bistro&Health Café. Where i managed kitchen by Training staff. And did Food Ordering required for every weeks menu. I set high standards and received rave reviews. I am passionate about food preperation. I am confident that i have the skills and experience necessary to excel in the kitchen.
