Like, Hand in Hand with Educated and Labour People (H-HELP), Civil Society Support Program (CSSP), Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Interactive Research and Development (IRD-Global) and Thardeep Rural Development Program (TRDP).
Apart from various other assignments I have served as a Health Officer, Admin and Assistant Finance Officer, Field Supervisor and Field Monitoring Officer.
In all project phases from emergencies to development programs on different themes, I have worked in the following projects Citizen Voice Project, National Socio-Economic Registry and Promoting Private School in Rural Sindh, (PPRS), Covid-19 Responce (Emergency Based) and others.
To develop and maintain strong relationships with both clinic and patients at the site to which they have been assigned.
Provide requisite training, health education monitor and evaluate, distribute IEC material.
Carry out field visit to collect data, on predesigned monitoring instruments, through observations and taking photographs/ evidence.
Make phone follow up calls to families being screened and guided for the oxygen therapy.
Based on the monitoring plan, prepare weekly field plan for monitoring of activities and ensure that deadlines and targets are achieved and all the relevant information is collected.
Verify equipment and supplies being distributed under the project and keep checks.
Ensure all patients confirmed with COVID are traced back to the clinic and initiated on treatment.
Follow up on contacts from the index client with confirmed COVID-19.
Collect data from Clinics/GPs and ensure tasks ate completed before deadline and Ensure equipment is being utilized efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate the Doctors/Clinic staff and follow up when required, Receive and compile weekly and monthly reports from the site and perform related duties as required.
To make the dailly and weekly plan and ensure the availability in day to day activities.
To check and verify collected information and guarantee by cross verification.
To conduct pre and post KAP/ baseline end line .
To hold the meeting with head Teachers and discus the progress of faculty/School.
To get feedback on CRM practicality throughout field visits and PDMs, review.
To act is an envoy, Information individual, and representative for the framework in the district.

Make the dally wise plan for the data collectors, and manage some other issues and challenges during information gathering.
