I have been working in the development sector for the last 15 years. I believe that my experience, knowledge, and skills should adequately meet your organization’s job requirements.. I am extremely interested in working with any International organization that is working with vulnerable sections of our society such as women ,children, minorities and it also has the same goals/ mission which is close to my heart.

I have worked with AGHS Legal Aid Cell as the Paralegal Training Coordinator. I believe I have acquired sufficient experience working with women at the grassroots level. I know and understand the basic problems that women face and I have been involved in designing programs to educate them accordingly. My first job in the development sector was with South Asia Partnership (SAP) as Program Officer for Supporting Democratic Process for Women. I have also worked with Insan Foundation- Pakistan for almost two years. INP was working with children and youth. I ran a campaign for the MDG goals and worked in all the four provinces of Pakistan. I was able to gather considerable knowledge by conducting significant related research. All through my work experiences I have learnt to not only plan and design programs but have also developed a strong understanding about the issues surrounding the marginalized groups of our society particularly women.

I have attended various events, seminars and rallies for WAF, Labour party, Awami Worker Party, HRCP and numerous other such rights based organizations.
