Role and Duties
Provide administrative support to departments or individuals
Prepare agenda of meetings
Manage the calendar for meetings, travels or other events of Admin Director.
Arrange visa for company's employees for different countries.
Buy cost effective tickets for employees for their business trips.
Arrange accommodation and transportation for employees in /out of country
To issue invitation letters and provide all necessary documents to employees in and outside of the country for visa purpose.
Approve and acknowledge expense claim of employees.
Meeting and training arrangements
Supervision of all admin staff.
Maintain record of employee expense claims.
Managing payments of all Huawei Supplier in the system.

Role and Duties
Handle calls and promptly forwards them to appropriate person among 100 employees.
Responsible for scheduling meetings for all employees escorts visitors to staff members' offices, along with provides hospitality service arrangements as requested by staff.
Compose and distribute inter-departmental memorandums (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality.
Responsible for making domestic and international travel arrangements for senior-level executives via Internet.
Established and maintains electronic records management system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Organize, sort and assign mail distribution for all the employees.
Maintain Billing record of the Company.
Maintain records of decisions.
Maintain record of Office supplies.
Issuance of Fuel cards for project cars in company
Marinating attendance record of lower staff e.g. Office boys Tea Boys
Marinating record for incoming Foreign Employees.
Prepare documents and reports on computer.
Ensure operation of equipment by preventive maintenance requirement, calling for repair, Maintain equipment inventories, evaluating new equipments.
Making reports on behalf of Facilities Manager.
Prepare monthly and yearly reports of my all assigned tasks e.g phone bills, fuel, hotel booking, electricity, air tickets and couriers.
