Testing for Identification and count of bacteria,Molds, yeast & Coliform on selective and differential media by Aerobic plate and streak plate methods (Runnings samples as well as final product - batches ) Selective organisms testing (E.coli,Salmonella,S.aureus,Listeria ,Bacillus cerus.Clostridium e.t.c ) Spores identification test. Media preparation. Water testing. Microbiological testing of packaging material. (plastic bags , paper bags etc) Bioburden and surface swab testing for laboratory as well as production area. Analysis of protein ,ash, aim and fibre for test samples. Analysis of viscosity ,particle size and moisture for test samples. Daily reporting and documentation. Computer data enteries.
