I have 7 Plus years extensive and progressively reflective work experience in development sector with 2 years specifically in Monitoring and Evaluation M&E. And 4 years specifically in Program Officer with TRDP Org. I have demonstrated competencies of envisioning, planning, coordinating, evaluating and researching education and development projects at regional and national level. I have in-depth knowledge of administration and results framework, field based monitoring, designing of monitoring evaluation mechanisms, using participatory approach, planning of surveys, efficient planning, useful and adoptable data analysis, data management, data visualization and descriptive analysis reports.
Support implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Plans
Support in preparing narrative, qualitative and quantitative monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update Country Office on project progress.
Support in project monitoring and evaluation, baseline, mid-term project review, needs assessment, post distribution monitoring and final evaluation.
Assist in the development of Complaint and Feedback Mechanism to strengthen accountability towards beneficiaries and people affected by crisis
Assist in the development and/or finalization of the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
Manage the Performance Monitoring Framework (PMF) including Indicator Tracking Tables
Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
Conduct key informant interviews (KIIs) with stakeholders which may include implementing partner’s staff, beneficiaries and community members.
Take comprehensive notes during interviews and transcribe and translate notes in English in accordance with the required format.
Translate tools and documents into local languages
File and maintain all monitoring records including both soft and hard copies of collected data.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the manager for the successful completion of the projects.
where my duties were,
Assist MEAL Officer to prepare monthly commodity distribution plans and delivery schedules in close coordination with the Distribution Officer.
Verify daily updated data from warehouse i.e. commodity receiving and dispatch information.
Monitor that information concerning food distribution schedules are disseminated well in advance to the relevant beneficiary.
Monitor that all equipment & materials are available at the distribution points.
Assist and monitor that appropriate distribution of commodities to eligible recipients/beneficiaries according to the approved distribution plan and as per agreed ration size and standard as approved by the donors.
Randomly monitor the distributed commodities with beneficiaries after received from the distribution points at and/or around the distribution point and at their house, properly document the result and immediately report directly to Project Coordinator.
Monitor that all non-distributed commodities at the end of the distribution period are documented and returned to the warehouse, accompanied with a waybill.
Assist in Post Distribution Monitoring with beneficiaries as per HAP MEAL Guidelines.
Conduct frequent field visits for monitoring.
Assist in collection of Beneficiary complaint response mechanism data.
Take lead on entering beneficiaries’ data in the program database.

Where my duties were,
Co-manage regional implementation unit (community resource centre) and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders for achieving objective of the Project.
Work directly with communities of the region to promote community led development including preparation and prioritization of community development plans for local improvement.
Work directly with community organization (CO, VO, and LSOs) members to facilitate the implementation of community projects and design of sustainable strategies for operation and maintenance of resulting services.
Work to expand partnerships and cooperation between COs VOs and LSOs levels of government of the region for the implementation of local community projects and to have local needs, priorities and initiatives integrated into higher level of development planning in the region.
Work on conducting community based experimentation in the areas of alternative energy, energy efficiency, environment improvement and SME development in the Project area.
Work with CO-members to initiate social and economic/environmental development strategies in community sites of the region.
Work as a trainer and resource person in the trainings organized for the communities and other partners in the region.
Prepare progress reports, and other reports as required by the organization.
Promote project through stories, articles and other PR activities, ensure implementation of EU visibility strategy.
Where my duties were:
Data Collection on Community profile questionnaire using Open Data Kit (ODK).
Baseline Data Collection.
Monthly data collection from field.
Collect data from targeted respondents through electronic data collection system (Open Data Kit) on Android phones.
Collecting data on Anthropometric measurements.
Collecting data using Hemo Cue analyzers for hemoglobin test on monthly basis.
To assist in data filtration and documentation.
Co-ordination
Participate in daily meetings before leaving for field.
Work closely with field Officers and Research Mobilizes for data collection execution.
Communicate aims and objectives of the study with community and respondents.
Establish good relationship with the Taluka and UC authorities and community leaders.
