My career has been marked by impactful work with renowned INGOs such as the World Food Program (WFP), the European Union, and BHA, where I have successfully managed and contributed to various projects.
In addition to my NGO experience, I have also made significant contributions to the banking and microfinance sector, having worked with Microfinance Institutions (MFI’s) and Microfinance Companies. My expertise spans across Project Management, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL), project proposals, report writing, business operations, management, strategies, planning, and finance management. Furthermore, my proficiency extends to research and data analytics, enabling me to make informed decisions and drive impactful outcomes.
Over the course of my career, I have held pivotal roles, including Project Manager, MEAL Officer, Area Manager (Executive Manager) at Telenor Microfinance Bank (TMB), General Manager Operations at SAATH Microfinance Foundation of Pakistan (SMFP), and Zonal Manager/Program Coordinator at OPP Karachi Microfinance Company, currently known as OPRCT Karachi.

As a Project Manager, I have successfully transitioned from my previous role as a Monitoring and Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer to take on the responsibilities of overseeing the Conditional Cash for Work Program in District Mirpurkhas, Sindh, Pakistan. Under my leadership, the program has seen the successful disbursement of Cash-Based Transfers (CBT) for three cycles in relief and two cycles for recovery. These efforts have been funded by the International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) World Food Program (WFP), as well as EUWFP and BHA through cooperative partner, CP-Sindh Rural Partners Organization (SRPO).
My role as Project Manager has involved effectively coordinating with various stakeholders Community Based Organizations (CBO\'s), managing the program\'s budget, and ensuring the successful implementation of the program in line with the objectives set forth. Additionally, I have been responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of the program\'s impact, ensuring accountability and learning from the program\'s activities.

During my banking services my highest achievements are; Obtained first position in the Pakistan disbursed Highest disbursement in TMB in the month of December 2018, Targets of 55 Million in a moth, and highest disbursement of the day Target as well of 16 Million on my sitting Branch. My sitting bank of Larkana was inTop 50 TMB amongst 172 Banks in last year 2018-19.
