Highly dedicated, results-oriented and people-focused development professional with over ten years career experience with Not-for-Profit organizations in Pakistan. I possess strong ability to identify community strengths and weaknesses and develop program interventions from field data collections. With excellent team building, honed communication and analytical thinking skills, I gained hands-on experience of working with grass root communities and using different community development strategies during these ten years experience. Working with local and international development organizations provided me with an opportunity to learn about identifying community problems in collaboration with other government and non-government stakeholder and fostering under-served community members participation in different activities.
Currently i am leading the Community Engagement Department of Ipas an INGO working on Women's Reproductive Health Rights in their country office Pakistan. As Community Engagement Advisor, I am responsible to plan, implement and monitor innovative community-based projects aimed at increasing access to reproductive care for women and girls in Pakistan. I am engaged in developing and implementing training materials for Lady Health Workers and community women in coordination with public sector stakeholders and community based civil society organization

As Community Engagement Advisor, I am responsible to conducted need assessment studies, research innovative interventions based on need assessment, plan, implement and monitor innovative community-based projects that aim at addressing the existing harmful gender norms by increasing access to post abortion care for women and girls in Pakistan. Developing abstracts for international and national conferences on SRHR to share best practices with world.
