Assistant Manager Finance
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in:
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts and relevant analysis reports.
Designed the framework to accurately allocate the cost into cost centers.
Preparing annual branches and departmental budgets with future projections of performance and relevant allocation of resources.
Key figure in implementation of the ERP system (SAP Business One).
Ensuring compliance of internal control policies.
Preparing financial statement variance to budget reports to ensure effective performance outcome.
Reviewing and advising on accounting processes.
Cash Flow projection for the business along with periodical variance analysis to keep check on the performance.
Deputy Manager Finance
Working as a team lead in the accounts and finance department at head office. The main area of responsibility is to make sure that the senior management are provided with the relevant reports for decision making timely i.e. Financial Statements and ad hoc management reports as demanded.
For this, there comes a need to link with all the factories and coordinate well with the team at head office and factories for timely, accurate and effective data entry.
Recently, the change towards a new ERP system (SAP Business One) has taken place where I have been appointed from the department and been delegated with the task of making sure a successful implementation takes place over the course of the process.
Internal audit activities are performed periodically visiting the factory sites.

As an accountant at Banu Mukhtar Concrete, which was a manufacturing concerned business, the following tasks were delegated to me:
1. Daily posting for Journal Vouchers and Bank transactions.
2. Bank reconciliations.
3. Supervising the junior with internal reconciliations.
4. Assisting manager in preparation of reports for senior management.

2. Reconciliations (Other payable and internal reconciliation accounts).
3. Bank reconciliations.
