 Procuring material including IT assets, consumables, networking tools and software licenses, Fire and safety items for environmental and worker, safety sticker, appliances including assets and consumables , furniture items, wooden and aluminum material, pneumatics filters, pneumatic valves.
 Ordering and managing deliveries.
 Liaison with company user to determine their product and service needs.
 Develop new sources for higher competition among suppliers and to reduce cost of material.
 Generating purchase order/ follow-up deliveries.
 Sourcing, suggesting new vendors for cost reduction.
 Price negotiation / vendor development.
 Providing quotations for Capex/Opex related to acquiring Asset and Projects.
 Managing documentation related to team.
 Prepare consumption, saving and comparison reports.
 Facilitate and support other team members in projects.
 All other task assigned by reporting authority.

Create Purchase Requisition and Purchase order through ERP system.
• Procure Import and local material.
• Procure direct and indirect material.
• Create Invoice for DHL and TNT.
• Procure material through cost modeling and negotiation in order to work cost effective.
• Create outstanding report of all purchasing.
• Report to the High Management regarding Purchasing.
• Find new supplier who should be responsive, reliable and keep consistency in quality.
• Create good relationship with existing supplier (Import & Local).
• Supervise that all procure material import or local utilizes or not.
• Along with import deport being taken follow up in import purchasing about their payment, shipment status and tracking.
