As a Vice Principal, I am a pivotal figure in maintaining a positive and effective educational environment. Collaborating closely with the school administration and faculty, I play a vital role in shaping the school\'s vision and fostering an atmosphere of academic excellence, discipline, and personal growth. My responsibilities included assisting in curriculum development, supervising teachers, managing student behavior and welfare, and implementing school policies

Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting

I am responsible for providing quality professional development training to trainees along with their personal and professional grooming. Moreover, I also conduct the workshop for the teacher from different institutions.
